Our Journey

Korus, a family-owned business originally founded in the United States in 1975, has interior design in its DNA. Its owner, Mary Elias, inherited her passion for interior design from her mother, the founder, an accomplished interior designer and entrepreneur who serves as the backbone of this progressive, forward-thinking enterprise.

Initially established as a design and contracting specialist firm, Korus placed a strong emphasis on residential work. Today, the company has evolved into a comprehensive solution provider that includes soft furnishings, offering a complete package to anyone seeking to enhance their existing spaces or embark on a new project.

Korus was brought to life in Dubai in 2012, founded upon a clear vision of the company’s core principles: bespoke, high-quality, luxury, and sustainability. Mary, our founder, had a passion for serving an exclusive clientele, taking on niche projects and intricate jobs that would truly showcase our commitment to quality and attention to detail.
